A Filipino-American boy from Fresno, California, USA got lucky when he got more than just a simple reply from the Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.
Andre Gabriel Custodio Esteban is a 6th grade student from Fresno Adventist Academy. According to him he is a proud Filipino and he really likes Duterte as our president.
On October 25, 2017, he decided to write a letter to the president saying how proud he is as a Filipino and asking if the president can send him a video saying hi to his teachers. He wanted to talk about the president on his nationality report about the country on November 15, 2017.
He didn't have to wait that long. This October 28, 2017, with the help of Special Assistant to the President Christopher Bong Go, Duterte himself sends a video message to Esteban.
Go added a caption saying that the president gladly agreed to Esteban's request and that he can rest assures that PRRD is working hard to build a brighter future for children.
