LOOK: Anti-Administration Jim Paredes Actually Thanked President Duterte

We all know Jim Paredes, we all know how he bashes everything our President Duterte does. Anything that he can say that is against the President, he will say it.

But the winds seem to have changed it course when this August 4, he actually thanked our President. Can you believe that?

We are not kidding! He thanked the President with a tweet.

Are you shocked? Everyone was too. This tweet from the legendary OPM singer-songwriter really had us surprised.

His tweet came after Deputy Executive Secretary Menardo Guevarra made the announcement about the signing of Duterte of the law which provides free tuition fee for state universities and colleges.

In the announcement, Guevarra said:

“Free tertiary education in SUCs is a very strong pillar or cornerstone of the President’s social development policy.”“He weighed everything and came to the conclusion that the long-term benefits that will be derived from the well-developed tertiary education on the part of the citizenry will definitely outweigh any short-term budgetary challenges.”

Aside from the president, Paredes also thanked Bam Aquino and also said that "Cooperation, inclusivity, good intentions make things possible."
