Another achievement for our War against Drugs: Mega Shabu Lab busted in Catanduanes

Another mega shabu lab was discovered in Catanduanes, in Barangay Palta Small. This morning, a witness who did not wish to be identified appeared in front of the media masked and voice altered.

The amendment criminal complaint was for the violation of Sec. 26 in relation to Sec. 8 of Republic Act 9165. The said complained was filed against the following:

2. Atty. Ulpiano Sarmiento III,
3. Raymond Lee,
4. Jardin Brian B. Wong a.k.a. “Boboy Wong,”
5. Joseph Al Randie B. Wong a.k.a. Tip-Tip Wong,
6. Constantino Huit Cordial, a.k.a. “Mayor Cordial,”
7. Snooky Imperial, Mr. Lee,
8. Allan Ang Hung,
9. Xian Xian Wang,
10. Pido Benito,
11. Noel Sampag, alias “Bert,”
12. Paolo Uy,
13. Jayson Gonzales Uy,
14. Paolo Wee Palisoc,
15. Lorenzo Flores Pinera II a.k.a. “Kidol,”
16. Phung Yuan Estorco,
17. Shen Wang,
18. Tore Lorenzo Flores Pinera IV a.k.a. Bigit (accessory),
19. Roel Samonte (accessory),
20. Dennis Samonte (accessory),
21. John Doe and
22. Peter Doe at the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor here.

Likewise, the complaint amends the charge for violation of Section 8 of RA 9165 to violation of Section 26 (xxx attempt or conspiracy to to xxx manufacture any dangerous drug and/or controlled precursor and essential chemical) in relation to Section 8 (xxx Manufacture of Dangerous Drugs and/or Controlled Precursors and Essential Chemicals xxx) of RA 9165.

The complaint reads:

“A certain Ernesto Besmonte Tabor, Jr. surfaced before the Catanduanes Provincial Police Office and alleged that he has personal knowledge in the conspiracy existing among the aforementioned co-conspirators in the Manufacture of Dangerous Drugs and/or Controlled Precursors and Essential Chemicals,”

In his sworn statements, Tabor swore that Atty. Augusto Eric C. Isidro is the mastermind of the manufacturing of the shabu mega lab.

In the light of these shabu labs that are being exposed, I wonder what the Liberal Party has to say. It is impossible that these shabu labs have been operating for just a year or so.

Therefore, it can easily be assumed that these mega labs were left unharmed during the other past administration. What did the other presidents do?
