Duterte to drug addicts: Stay at home or I'll kill you

President Rodrigo Duterte on Saturday promised to continue the crackdown on illegal drugs, advising users to remain indoors or be killed.

Speaking before the graduates of San Beda College of Law Duterte also revealed he plans to send collated knowledge reports on the narcotics trade to the National Security Council and Congress by the end of November.
