WATCH: Business Consultant Revealed That Kim Henares Hid Lucio Tan's P1.2 Trillion Tax Evasion Case

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 has been used exclusively by Philippine Airlines (PAL) since 1999. Since then, they have accumulated debts to the government.

Last September, President Rodrigo Duterte gave PAL Chairman Lucio Tan an ultimatum to pay their debts or NAIA Terminal 2 will be closed.

By the end of September, PAL gave a proposal to pay off their P6 billion debts in arrears for 7 years. But the Department of Tourism (DOT) did not agree.

Come November 3, PAL paid in full. A check amounting to Php 5,677.877,615 was turned over to Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Chief Accountant Raul Eusebio.

Another check amounting to Php 258, 594, 230.33 was turned over to Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) Assistant General Manager for Finance Administration Arlene Britancio.

Even if PAL's payment was made before the December deadline, people would still wonder how it got that big in the first place.

This is where Dr. Danilo Pacana's revelation fits in. In his revelation, Lucio Tan owes the government over Php 1.2 Trillion in tax, this is on top of the airport debts and the Php 30 billion he already paid.

"Dismayado doon ako sa BIR, kay BIR Commissioner Kim Henares na tinago niya yung kaso ni Lucio Tan sa buong bayan. May narinig ba kayong sinabi ni Kim Henares na may 1.2 Trillion tax evasion case si Lucio Tan? Wala."

Lucio Tan is the former boss of the then Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Chief Kim Henares. This is the reason why she covered for Tan and no one ever heard a thing about Tan's tax evasion when Henares has a very keen sight for those who tax evades.

"This involves 27 dummy marketing firms, which I provided to Commissioner Henares and she committed to me that she will investigate it, 2 weeks after she informed me that shae already investigated the five dummy marketing firms, but 3 months after I followed-up the status of the case, she did not reply."

This is the revelation that Pacana brought to the current BIR chief Cesar Dulay. With his hopes that the government will not stop until they make Tan pay for his debts.
