Jay Sonza Berated Spox Harry Roque For Defending The "Mainstream Media Brats" Like Pia Ranada

A few days ago, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque guested on Thinking Pinoy Rj Nieto's radio program aired on DWIZ 882. In the said program, Nieto was noted saying that even just once, Roque should start throwing hollow blocks at the critics.

Nieto even mentioned Pia Ranada which turned into a different issue.

Following the calling out tweet of Ranada, Roque also tweeted his side, saying that DDS supporters should be nice to the mainstream media. They should be given hot pan de sal, not hollow blocks.

Following this tweet, a lot of Duterte supporters got angry with Roque for being two-faced. For spoiling the mainstream media.

One of those who were angered by Roque's tweet was veteran newscaster Jay Sonza who shared his thoughts via a Facebook note.

In the note, he said that what Roque did was a wrong move. He mentioned that only the DDS helped each other to stand against the mainstream media that is ruining the president.

I don’t know whether Harry Roque, the designated spokesman of the President was playing on the misplaced pride of the mainstream media reporters assigned at the Palace. Nagpapa cute ka lang ba? Or you really meant it when you announced publicly leave these Malacanang brat-packs, and at the same time asked social media supporters, the Duterte Diehard Supporters or DDS not be harsh with the likes of Pia Ranada of Rappler and Joseph Morong of GMA network and the likes.

Nakupo Mang Harry maling-mali ka riyan. Bago ka pa man dumating diyan sa iyong kinalalagyan, walang ibang nakipagbunong braso at nagsunog ng kilay upang labanan ang mga maling  balita at impormasyon laban sa iyong principal, kundi ang social media bloggers at page users lamang.

Mismong government communications team nagmistulang inutil nga. Mabuti na lamang at iyong DDS ang nagtulong-tulong upang labanan ang corrupt mainstream media na naninira sa presidente.
Hindi katakataka na masama ang loob ng mga ito sa iyo. They were expecting you to fight tooth and nail against these spoiled brats, whose only motive is bring the down the Duterte administration. Ngayon, kung hindi maliwanag sa iyo ito, may problema ka nga Mr. Roque.

Harry, you have to dig deep in your assessment . There can never be an in between thoughts and course of actions to be taken. Malinaw pa sa sikat ng araw ang pakay ng mga kinatawan ng mainstream media. Iyan ang nagdudumilat na katotohanan.

Ang lagay ba naman ay hindi pa ba malinaw sa iyo iyan. Lahat ng major broadcasting network, karamihan ng major broadsheets and tabloids ay nagkakaisa sa iisang layunin, sa bisa ng dikta ng mga naghaharing uri na pabagsakin ang Pangulong Duterte.
