WATCH: President Duterte Treated Like A Rockstar When Hundreds Of OFWs Showed Their Support In Japan

President Rodrigo Duterte flew to Japan on Monday for his two-day official visit, where he was warmly welcomed by his supporters.

Hoards of supporters waited at the entrance making it seem like a rock concert with fans waiting for their loved rockstar to go out. The supporters of Duterte were chanting "We love Duterte!"

President Duterte was welcomed with a red carpet in this Japanese hotel. The Filipino supporters were waiting outside because the security wouldn't let them in. Eventually, after the Filipino leader talked to the security properly, they were let in and allowed to wait for Duterte.

Instead of resting after having dinner with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, the Japanese security, and Duterte himself graced 20 group leaders of several Duterte fan club in Japan to meet the Philippine President in person.

But, as kindhearted as he is, PRRD was not satisfied with the 20 leaders. He wanted to meet everybody who waited outside for him. The Japanese security then agreed to let him meet all his fellow countrymen outside.

When he went out and met the people who waited for him patiently, some went emotional and were overwhelmed by his presence. This just goes to show that he is well-loved even by the Filipinos abroad.

Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson posted a video showing some of the scenes inside the hotel where President Rodrigo Duterte is staying.
