Senator Richard Gordon said Tuesday that he is keen on inviting former President Benigno Aquino III if he gets the go signal to reopen the Senate investigation on the 2015 Mamasapano incident.

“I will do if it’s necessary. It’s a very serious matter and we must have closure,” Gordon, chairman of both the Senate justice committee and blue ribbon committee, said in an interview.

“I’m sure he’ll attend. Kung wala siyang kasalanan, ano itatago niya?” he added.
