WATCH: ER Ejercito, pinaulanan ng malulutong na mura si Noynoy at ang mga dilawan sa #RevGov rally

Former Laguna Gov. ER Ejercito has a lot of beefs with the former President Noynoy Aquino. It started when Aquino ousted Ejercito from his position for over spending during the election.

During Ejercito's speech at the pro-revolutionary government rally in Mendiola last November 30, he slammed the former president and blamed him for being the leader of a destabilization plot against the current administration.

“Yang si Noynoy abnoy, pinamununuan po niya ang media, at pinamununuan po niya, ni Noynoy abnoy, ang destabilisasyon kontra sa administrasyon ng mahal nating Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte,”

He also rained fire on Aquino about his alleged sins during his past reign.

“Ang DAP, andiyan ang PDAF, andiyan ang SAF44 Mamasapano, andiyan ang Shell tax exemption—hindi niya binigyan ang Petron at Chevron—andiyan ang andiyan ang PAGCOR, andiyan ang Malampaya funds. Noynoy abnoy malapit ka nang makulong!”

The DAP that Ejercito talked about was the Disbursement Acceleration Program of the Aquino government that allowed the government to disburse their funds without seeking for approval from Congress. They said that is to hasten the projects of the government, but was struck down as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in 2014.

Aquino is now facing criminal charges at the Sandiganbayan for the failed Mamasapano operations that led to the death of 44 Special Action Force members.

Apart from that, the former president, along with his finance secretary Cesar Purisima are facing graft charges at the Ombudsman for allegedly failing to collect tax payments from Shell that amounts to P100 billion.

Aquino was also implicated in the scandals of PAGCOR plus the P900 million Malampaya funds.
