Mocha Uson On VP Leni's Call For Unity: "Magka-iba Ang Sinasabi Niyo Po Kesa Sa Nakikita Ng Taumbayan"

In a speech on October 17, 2017, Vice President Leni Robredo called out the Filipinos about unity. She said that for her, throughout all the problems that our country is experiencing, it is a good move to stay united. It's better if we are helping each other.

"Sana hindi irresponsible iyong pagsasabi. Kasi lalong nagpaparatang ng ganiyan, lalong Hindi nagkakasundo-sundo, lalong gumugulo ang sitwasyon. Sa akin lang, sa dami ng problema ng bansa natin ngayon, sana nagkakaisa tayo. Dapat nagtutulungan."

Assistant Secretary and social media blogger reposted the statement of the VP, calling out to her and her so called unity cry.

In the post, Uson started by praising the VP and telling her that it is a good thing to say, but doubled it up by saying that the problem is that the VP is saying different things that what the Filipino people see.

"Mam, maganda po yang sinasabi ninyo pero ang problema magkaiba ang sinasabi ninyo po kesa sa nakikita ng taumbayan."

She also added that if the VP really wanted unity then she has to retract and say sorry about the video to the UN where she lied about the number of killings and extrajudicial killings because of the administration. As well as her wrong definition of "palit-ulo".

"Gusto ninyo po ng unity? Mag-sorry po kayo sa pagkalat ninyo ng fake news sa UN. Naaalala ninyo pa ba yung ginawa niyong video? Maling numero at maling kahulugan ng "palit-ulo"?

She also called out for the VP to issue a public apology so that the people will believe her in her call for unity.

"Mag-public apology po kayo malamang maniwala ang taumbayan na sincere po kayo sa unity sinasabi niyo po."

Lastly she called out the VP for calling her detractors as trolls. According to Uson, the detractors that the VP is talking about are actually Filipinos who woke up to the truth.

"At isa pa stop calling your detractors na trolls. Hindi po kami trolls, kami po ay mga Pilipinong mulat na sa katotohanan."
