WATCH: Irked And Senseless Trillanes Asks Mans Carpio "Bakit ka Natatawa?"

During the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee about the entry of the P6.4 billion peso shabu shipment that placed the corruption of Bureau of Customs in the limelight, a representative of the BOC said that Davao Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte and his brother-in-law, Mayor Inday Sara's husband is connected to the drug syndicate.

Following this, Trillanes made sure he aired his side that Duterte and Carpio should attend the senate hearing even if the allegation was based on a mere "hearsay".

On today's hearing, Duterte and Carpio attended the meeting to clear their names. When Trillanes was asking them, he was so adamant in reiterating that Carpio had a hidden bank account with millions in it.

Carpio denied the allegation but had a hard time keeping his face straight because of how absurd the questions of Trillanes were.

Not contented with Carpio's denial, Trillanes even asked the question repeatedly resulting to Carpio even smiling before answering.

"Bakit ka natatawa?"

Asked an irked Trillanes when Carpio snickered before answering him.

All throughout the questions, you can see Carpio stealing glances at Paolo Duterte, no doubt sharing the same thought of how ridiculous the senator is becoming while questioning them.
