Watch: PNP chief 'Bato' opens Laguna drug rehab center

Philippine National Police Chief Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa on Saturday led the opening of a rehabilitation center in Laguna.
The Dangal ng Pagbabago rehabilitation center, located in Sta. Rosa, boasts "comprehensive and extensive" facilities, the police chief said, and can accommodate 250 people.
