Bongbong Marcos may be the real Vice President in 2017

According to Atty. Glenn Chong, a former politician and a Liberal Party spokesperson, he believes that there was cheating in the 2016 elections

"Delaying the voting or transmission at the precint level is not impossible considering that Bicol and Regions IV and VII, plus throw in the ARMM, are under the control of the ruling Liberal party." Chong said.

"Thus, it is not surprising that the delayed transmissions are from the areas controlled by Robredo's party. And equally not surprising is the fact that the manipulation of the system came a few hours after the start of the vote rally." Chong explained
