Bato turns emotional because of Senator Zubiri’s statement that he’s the only cop left that people trust

"I could not criticize the general public. Maski ako nga, hindi ko na alam kung sino ang pagkakatiwalaan." Dela Rosa informed the committee.

Dela Rosa dropped tears after Senator Zubiri said that he's the only police officer left who relied on by the Filipinos.

He admitted that he currently having a difficult time in managing the Philippine National Police, however he's really identified to reform the organization that he like so a lot.

PNP Chief Director General Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa ended up being emotional as a result of Senator Zubiri's declaration throughout the Senate probe on the killings of Albuera Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa.

Bato then told Zubiri that he can not blame individuals if they slowly losing their trust to the police after the dispute that they faced.

“Gustong gusto kong mareform yung PNP, mahal na mahal ko yung organization namin… ako’y hirap na hirap na.. But I will never surrender”

Dela Rosa also vowed that he will never leave President Duterte on his war against illegal drugs:

“Sinabi ko sa presidente, ‘di kita iiwan sa laban na ‘to. I will be with you, no matter what.” PNP Chief added.

After his emotional statement, Senator Zubiri said that he really trust Dela Rosa and comforted him.
